Given Krsnaa Mehta’s eclectic aesthetic and insouciant ideology—think products drawn from Mughal gardens and even roadside tea shop references for his cool decor brand, India Circus—you might reasonably expect his Mumbai home to be equally edgy, effervescent, or, for lack of a better word, flamboyant. In contrast, the 1,950-square-foot space is impeccably curated and composed. “The idea was to go deeper with colours and more heritage, heirloom-worthy with the soft furnishings, so that my collection of art and artefacts stands out,” avers the founder and design director of India Circus and  art connoisseur, explaining the well-thought-out starting point of his interior design process.
