Hey hey!

As you may already know from Instagram, I’m back in Bombay for a few days! It was a very sudden plan, so I didn’t really have much time to pack a lot of stuff since I was working till the last day. I didn’t have any carry-on luggage, apart from my laptop and camera bags, but there are some things I don’t get on a flight without. I’ll be doing a video soon on my travel makeup/skincare essentials (my YouTube channel started today!), but in the meantime, I’m going to talk about a few of the other things I must have on a flight.

This look was shot just an hour before I left for the airport. This is what I wore on the flight, hence the lack of makeup and accessories. When I was younger, the whole idea of getting on a flight and going to a new place was extremely fascinating. But as the years have gone by, the thought of sitting on a flight for hours in one place is not very exciting. Something I’m sure none of us leave the house without, is of course, our phones. I’m pretty addicted to mine, and I love having different covers on it every once in a while. Another thing international travel is impossible without, is our passports. And a bright fun cover to hide the boring passports in, just takes it up a notch. To try and make a long flight a little more comfortable, I always bring a neck pillow and a cozy eye mask with me. This neck pillow from India Circus made my flight so much easier, and of course, the colors and prints of their stuff always lifts my mood up. I also make sure to wear a watch, since I find it very annoying to keep fetching for my phone on a flight to check the time (this watch turned out to be a little loose for me, so I’m going to have to fix that!)

What are you travel essentials? Let me know in the comments below! Maybe some of them could help me out for the next time I travel.
